Welcome to Troop 121's Website!

Sherlock Holmes fans rejoice.  In February, we will learn about crime scene investigations, fingerprinting, psychopaths, mock trials and modern day surveillance techniques.

We will celebrate Scout Sunday with Clinton Presbyterian Church and give back to our community by working with all of the other Scouting units in Hunterdon County at a county wide Food Drive.

We will welcome new scouts crossing over at the end of the month.

The Panthers are in charge of the program.

First Class Skills

Posted by jbungerspiecha on Oct 21 2016 - 12:37pm
During the coming year, our Troop will emphasis First Class Skills.   Our goal is to ensure every scout is proficient at the basic scout craft skills outlined in the first four ranks - Scout, Tenderfoot, Second and First Class.  We propose to reinforce these skills though instructor activities, scoutmaster challenges, one-on-one work with scouts and review sessions prior to a scout's official scoutmaster conference.
Reece Lenaz, a Life Scout and a Troop Instructor, is offering one-on-one advancement help to any scout who asks.  Attached is a flyer with information and his contact information.

Before all the leaves fall, each scout is asked to assemble a personal leaf collection. Each leaf should be taped to a piece of notebook paper with the tree's common name written below the leaf.  Collections can be as large as the scout desires, but should include leaves from the trees listed below. Download the free Leafsnap app to your smart phone for help identifying trees in the field.
